Regarding your comments about the pickup, we’ve reviewed the coach tracker and can confirm that your pickup was on time, it finished the pickup route 35 minutes later and 1.5 hours after your pickup the coach was on the M5. While we do include multiple pickup points to make our trips accessible to a wider range of passengers, we understand that this can affect the initial journey time.
