Barnes Coaches vélemények

Thank you for your review. We’ve recently extended our pick-up service so that more passengers outside the local area can enjoy our holidays. As we are a Swindon‑based company, this does mean that some journeys will involve additional travel time in order to collect customers from the wider region. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope the expanded service makes our holidays accessible to even more travellers. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind regards Rachel Beechey Customer Experience and Feedback Manager

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the trip to Stratford and that your driver made the day such a positive experience. We understand the desire for more Cirencester departures. Our pickup points are determined by a number of factors, including customer demand, coach and driver availability, and the direction of travel for each specific itinerary. That said, we’re always reviewing our routes, and comments like yours genuinely help shape future planning. We hope to welcome you on board again soon for another great day out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that your driver was friendly and informative during your journey through Northleach and Moreton-in-Marsh. We’re sorry for the confusion around the departure time. The website and drivers instructions do state a 17:15 departure, so we understand how this caused frustration when you were asked to return for a 17:00 departure instead. We’ll be investigating this discrepancy. We also appreciate your comments regarding the aisle space on the coach. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the coach trip to Abergavenny and Trago. It’s a shame the weather meant the driver couldn’t continue as planned, but we’re glad you were still able to make the most of the day with some extra time at Trago. We hope to welcome you on another trip soon — hopefully with clearer skies next time.
