Hi Emily, Thanks for your time today on the phone. As discussed, I have sent you some information on things you can do to stop the noise reverberating off the hard surfaces. I have also sent you information on how to turn the heated doors on which will help stop the condensation. It's normal for your fridge to display defrost every 5 hours. It won't make your drinks warmer just keeps the fridge defrosted so that you don't have to manually defrost it. If you have any more questions, please contact me on 03 5337 6399. Thanks Monique
