Hi, I am sorry to read your recent review. I would be very grateful if you could refer to the 'product feedback' as this relates to your delivery and the issues we have had with late deliveries from our suppliers due to the COVID-19 situation we are in. Please also be advised this product will be with you within the next 24/48 hours now that the delivery has been made to our warehouse.

Hi, I am sorry to read your review. Please be advised this particular product was advertised on our site to be despatched at the end of July. Unfortunately just like many product related companies we have been hit hard with regards to shipments from our suppliers due to the COVID-19 situation we are in and hence should have been with us 2-3 weeks ago. However, this product is now in stock and will be shipped to you within the next 24/48 hours.
Still waiting on my order (submitted start of July) money has been taken but no updates from company. Have emailed their customer services who I sent speedy emails to me prior to getting my money but...

Hi, I am sorry to read your review below as we at BabaBing strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. After reviewing your order which was made on the 7th July and after speaking with our web team, they advised that a banner stating 'delivery end of July' was present on the product prior to purchase. Furthermore, updates have been made to customers regarding this product and please be advised to check your spam and junk email folders? With regards to delivery, please also be advised nothing has changed and therefore despatch of this product will be made at the end of July as advised.

Really bad. Sent bottle holder with black marks on it. Sent another one and a free mat but mat was all ripped. The manager wouldn't even re send something or give me some money back towards it.

Hi Victoria, I am sorry to hear you received a bad service experience here at BabaBing!. We strive for complete customer satisfaction both on service and product. After speaking with our QA staff, they assured me that the replacement changing mat was not ripped as this was inspected by 2 members of our QA team prior to despatch. Please can you email images for our reference? With regards to 'providing money back towards it', this is not our company policy and therefore a replacement component/accessory would be provided.
