I ordered this product over a week ago and since ordering I have had no update on order process and it has not arrived. How can I fully review a service or item if it has not arrived yet.

Hi,
I am sorry to read your review below with regards to not receiving your order. Please be advised this order has been despatched that uses a Track 48hour standard delivery service through Royal Mail. Please also be advised that due to the issues of COVID, this is affecting staffing levels at Royal Mail and therefore the 48 hour delivery you should have received will take a bit longer due to reasons above. Furthermore, the added issue of early black friday offers are also hampering the national distribution hubs at Royal Mail due to unprecedented levels of parcels going through there system.
All of the above are beyond out control, however we are in constant dialogue with Royal Mail with regards o tracking the orders sent from our warehouse on the date received.

After communicating with staff at Bababing the bag has now arrived and I’m really happy with it. Thank you for all your help.
I haven’t even received my order yet and was placed 3 weeks ago! How can I leave a review on something I don’t have?

Hi Krystal,
Firstly, let me sincerely apologise for the lack of communication with your order as this is not acceptable. Unfortunately we have been running on a skeleton staff and therefore email returns have been taking longer than expected.
With regards to your order, please be advised this has been despatched and you should receive a tracking confirmation from Royal Mail. We have sent this using a Tracked 24 Hour service rather than the usual Tracked 48 Hour delivery service as standard.
The reason your order was late in despatch was purely down to issues at port whereby there has been an unprecedented level of containers entering port due to COVID and the upcoming Brexit departure, and therefore deliveries to our warehouse has taken longer than expected.
Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Took time to build but love the toys and I look forward to use it.
