The changing bag looks lovely but they sent me a black one instead of a blue one. I have tried to get in touch but no one has replied so it's a bit disappointing really. I guess that's what happens...

Hi,
I am glad that the changing bag you purchased from us is lovely! With regards to the colour, please can you refer to the inner white woven care label located inside the main section of the bag as this should read BB80-001 which represents the Navy Blue option with regards to this bag. If this does not state this then please contact us directly so that we can assist further as we can replace the changing bag to the correct colour as long as this has not been used and still in its packaging state ready for resale.

After investigating this further, it seemed we did not receive any email or communication requesting a refund on your order? Should this be the case, we would of course provide a full refund based on a product return within the 14 days of purchase and this not being used. Hi,
I am sorry to read your recent product review. The Barca changing bag is a lightweight wax canvas changing bag for parents on the go. With regards to the 'handles' you stated in your review, please be advised this is purely a carry/pickup handle and the changing bag is used in conjunction with the free pushchair clips that attach to the D-Rings on the changing bag, and then connects to the to the pushchair so that easy accessibility can be assured when travelling.

With regards to your changing bag, please be advised the SORM backpack has been designed as a lightweight style backpack on the advice from current and new customers who are wishing to purchase a backpack that is not heavy, yet still has all the functionality required when on the go. I appreciate that our products are not for everyone, however for us as a company it is important that when designing our products we take note and advice from current and new parents.
Furthermore, whilst designing and developing our products, we try and ensure the products we launch are still on trend and fashionable for our customers.
On the basis of your recent feedback, I would suggest contacting a member of our team to enquire if the product can be replaced with the Mani Backpack as this would be a better match for your requirements so long as the product has not been used and it is still in its packaging state?
