Dear client, thank you for the feedback and a great pic - it's awesome! What we advertise is a shared gondola ride which is a good option if you are looking for an inexpensive way of discovering Venice from a unique perspective. This is not a guided tour so it really depends on the gondoliers - some of them are more willing to interact with people, some less. In any case they are all part of the Gondoliers association and we will forward your comments to them requesting more interaction with our travelers.
