Dear Mr Liberatore, Thank you for your feedback. I'm Monica and I looked after the sales of your tour. I did collect the report of what happened that day. You had bought a group tour , that has a specific starting time and being part of a group , the guide has to start the tour at a certain time . Our operation team did its best to accomodate the first members of your group that arrived late at the start of the tour. Then I suppose you comunicated directly with the remaining part of your group that joyned later . We had this report from our guide Giorgia. I do not therefore understand why you are saying we were ill prepared . As for payment; you did purchase a ticket for 10 people - I understand you did not input the promo code I gave you for the 5% off the price- I understand, being a very busy period that probably the operation staff overlooked this note being sent ( you could have addressed this issue directly to me for help in getting this sorted out ) - I can reassure that , although we make mistakes like all human beings, it is our top priority to offer a good service - I understand for the 11th person you had an issue with paying by credit card and at the end you paid on spot a reduced sum. Dear Client, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm very surprised about your comment as our guide Giorgia speaks excellent english . Our guides are all italian and local so they do have some kind of accent , but Giorgia has laways received raving reviews and never comments about her accent nor english. Yours sincerely Monica

Dear Client, Thank you for your feedback - I see overall you had a good experience with our driver/guide. Due to the logistics of the place our driverguide stays with the group part of the time and gives general information on the area and then gives clients free time to explore on their own. Majority of clients enjoy this type of partly escorted and partly not escorted experience. Caertainly this tour is not for clients that want to be escorted all the time. Cinque terre villlages are small and safe places where to wander around, peruse its little shops and/or stop for a drink while looking at the beautiful surroundings. Of course many people go to 5 terre and when there are cruise passengers it can feel a bit crowded ( for this reason we anticipated the starting time at 7.00am so to arrive early and beat eventual crowds of the day ) . The weather did not cooperate that day and being the sea rough, boats did not operate and transfers were made by coastal train. Therefore the only reason for not taking the boat was the weather and not other factors Our main goal is to have happy clients and deliver quality experiences. I understand that the experience was a mixed one, even though for the majority of the points arised for reasons that little depend on our tour, and should you come back to Florence, give us a call .
