Hello Mr Crabtree Thank you for your feedback regarding your holiday. I am sorry you were disappointed regarding your return journey and the issue with your flights. The last note in your booking shows your daughter contacted us and advised us not to do anything with your flights as you had resolved this directly with Emirates. Diabolical
Diabolical customer service still stranded and flights cancelled no refunds misinformation on time of booking. I undress this is an unprecedented time but treating customers this way is disgraceful.
