Some tutors have awful tutoring styles. If reading directly a book is a form of teaching then anyone could do it. The course books (especially Unit C) is missing vital information therefore is...

Hi, it was great to listen and understand your comments on your learning experience on the NEBOSH Diploma. Our Technical Director, who has been informed, will feedback to the tutors your constructive comments raised to ensure all tutors' style of teaching is interactive and engaging and where appropriate homework is discussed with learners. The content of Unit B and C on the 2 points you raised will also be reviewed.  It was great to hear that you found some of our tutors excellent. An efficient well run organisation, easy to access venue. Trainers where knowledgeable and helpful, but did lose focus at times, which is understandable on H&S for 10 days, but got a little tiresome...
