Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Hi Mark, I was unable to get hold of you today but understand the course in Cambridge was cancelled so you were unable to take your exams there and had to go to our Basildon venue.
