The returns process can take up to 14 working days from the day we receive it. At the moment due to lockdown, we are also receiving a high volume of store returns meaning the process may take a little longer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I recommend using the free styling session, it was rushed which I understand, but the goal was to make you love the A&M pieces they create. That was a success.
