Dear Jin teck, 

From our records the order you received this review request for, did go out by FedEx which you had selected when placing the order, but the order you are now querying was actually sent out via international parcel tracked and signed which was selected at the point of checkout for that order. This has a weight limit of 2 kg and because the final packaged came in at just over 2 kg with the packaging we had to split the order into two separate consignments. Looking at the tracking history of the outstanding order it seems to have gone back and forth between London Heathrow and Malaysia. It now looks like it’s on its way to you and should hopefully reach you in the next few days. Please see attached link below for the tracking history.

Would rate excellent, but their website is now doing funny thing. Then you search for item, you get a links and click on them, it goes to second website and so on so on ???? very inconvenient
