Good communication and great people skills
I found that ARM was easy to communicate with a kept me up to date on what was happening during my engagement with them.

Better communication with the contractor. I had to chase Matt Seeney on whether he had any news. That’s not good..

Processing application to setting up interview was efficient. Getting feedback has been not so effective.
