Hi, I'm sorry to see you've left us a 1 star review and that your sample order has not yet arrived. I can see that you placed the order on Thursday the 2nd June, which was the start of the Jubilee Bank Holiday. Your order was therefore shipped on Monday 6th June (which was the next working day) and should be with you any day now.
