Thank you taking the time to provide feedback. I would like to assure you that we strive to offer all our customers a very high level of service including the accuracy of the work carried our by our representatives. Unfortunately, on this occasion we fell short of our normally high standards for which I sincerely apologise. I am pleased that after the remedial works you are happy with the blinds and trust you will have many years of enjoyment from them. The shutters took a little longer than expected to arrive and be fitted and also there is a minimum order requirement that prevents me ordering 2 more smaller ones I would now like.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received from The Appeal Group. I appreciate your disappointment in the shutters not being installed prior to the Christmas break. I would like to assure you that we were very committed to fulfilling your order promptly however, despite our very best efforts this was not possible for which we are truly sorry. The issue relating to the additional blinds was an oversight and therefore we are disappointed that we missed the opportunity to provide you with further products from the Appeal range. I hope you will have many years of enjoyment from the shutters. Kind Regards Tina Rawlings Appeal Home Shading 0800 975 5757 info@appealshading.com
