Hi Clarice, that's great. I was thinking of adding another instrument to my policy in a week or two (I only insure instruments that leave my home) so I'll see how it goes.

Firstly, the fact that it didn't allow me to change my policy online (online update current one) was annoying. Secondly, updating it over the phone somehow took over half hour.

Difficult on line application form and no satisfactory phone back up
I found the on line application difficult to use. I wasn't using the correct format for putting in amounts but had no idea what I had done wrong.

Had to go backwards and forwards a few times, and had to fill out stock lists for no reason which wasted a lot of time.
