Should be a mandatory training section in care for the elderly
Excellent delivery and facilitating.
Informative and straightforward to to understand.
Enough information if starting out with limited knowledge of the elderly and to feel xomfident delivering...

Flexible and supportive
I was supported with the course and given the flexibility to achieve it. When I needed support it was on hand and was able to complete my qualification when I was able to.

Good
It was informative, I was shown and participated with the exercises. Learned exactly how to deliver and amend exercises.
I thought the afternoon session got repetitive with far too much talking....
