Service very good - prompt and very helpful over the p[hone.
Webvsite efficient, but cost of p & p exorbitant for 2 radar keys, and tax as well !

Thank you for leaving feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were not able to use the keys during your journey. These keys are designed to fit the radar locks which are fitted in over 7000 toilets across the country. Concerning the VAT that you have paid, as these were purchased for an individuals personal use there should have been the option to declare VAT relief during the check out process. I will contact you privately to discuss this further.

I am really sorry to hear that you did not receive your order on the next working day service that you paid for. We always despatch on the day the order is placed, so when we are let down by a late delivery by our courier it is disappointing to hear. I will contact you privately to discuss the issue further.
