Dear Tiffany, We are sorry to hear about the delay to your delivery. We despatched your order last Tuesday 28th April with RoyalMail48 (formerly 2nd class) who in normal times guarantee a 2 work day delivery. However, they have informed everyone that due to the Corona virus crisis their normal standards cannot be met, also impacted by Easter - information of their service disruption can be found here https://www.royalmail.com/coronavirus. We estimate they are tracking 2-6 work days late. We do believe it will arrive early next week. Our Feedo review service is automated to send after 7 days. Apologies again, Alex @Agent of Change

We are sorry to hear about the delay to your delivery. We did despatch your order last Tuesday with RoyalMail48 (formerly 2nd class) who in normal times guarantee a 2 day delivery. However, they have informed everyone that due to the Corona virus crisis their normal standards cannot be met - information of their service disruption can be found here https://www.royalmail.com/coronavirus. We estimate they are tracking 2-6 work days late. Friday and Saturday are not delivery days. So they will very likely delivery after next Tuesday. Apologies again, Alex @Agent of Change

Ordering is quite straightforward, unfortunately although I had an email saying my items were dispatched a week later they still have not arrived, I'm hoping I will get a reply from company and items
