Polite service and no hard sell from the person I dealt with. Paperwork received quickly and telephone call to check that I had everything I needed with regard to the plan.

I already had a plan with them, but decided to downgrade to their basic cremation package. They waived the cancellation fee on my old package and returned the excess paid promptly. couldn't fault the...
