Our operations resumed on 4/1/2024, and your parcel was scheduled for delivery on that day as part of the first shipments for the year 2024. Regrettably, the original parcel encountered transit damage, which led to the delay. We promptly took action to rectify the situation by sending a replacement parcel, which you later received.
