Service from supplier was fine but the service from the delivery company was appalling. I have had problems with this delivery company before and will never re-order from any company that uses them.

I am very sorry that you had an issue with delivery - I have looked at the courier tracking on our system and can see that there were issues and I know we spoke at the time. I will take up your comments with our Manager at Interlink so the depot is aware of your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt the shipping was slow for your Gurteen Trousers. I can see you chose Royal Mail rather than our Courier service for your delivery method to Sweden - shipping is slower using this service which is reflected in the cost.
