We were sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our service. Your item was sent out as per our conditions and on time. Royal Mail deliver over 95% of 1st Class mail the following day but unfortunately there are exceptions and we can't guarantee next day delivery. We do offer next day delivery service at an additional cost but this is not the service you opted for.

Was good but Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address obviously they need to learn to read as this meant it was 2 weeks late as the house it was at the people were on holiday and as this was a gift it was obviously late! Perhaps think of a different delivery company!!
