I am sorry you are yet to received your items. I can see from your order that your order had been dispatched and this has gone missing in transit. I have now sent this as an express shipping to our warehouse, but due to The Royal Mail strikes this will be dispatched from us tomorrow morning.

Still waiting for my order
I have not received my order which was placed on the 18th November. I'm not very happy that it says 3 to 5 days delivery and I have been waiting 11 days already.
