Delivery service
Ordered my coat, delivery said 2-3 days, the coat wasn't dispatched for like 4 days so then had to wait for royal mail to come off strike before I could even keep warm, won't be ordering again

Good morning, Michelle,
We are deeply sorry to see that you are not happy with the service provided. Like many businesses we cannot refund items until we receive the goods to our warehouse, I can see from the email thread that you were asked for the tracking number to show these were on their way back to us as you wanted the refund issuing sooner and this is what we need to see before customer services and refund you.
There have been slight back logs on returns reaching our warehouse due to the nation-wide postal strikes. I can see that your refund has now been processed.

Still doesn’t take away, the fact that your sizing is well off and that you don’t respond to emails when I was asking about sizing. I still think it’s outrageous that you charge For postage here and return And when I was emailing you because you said you send it back by Royal mail, there is no guarantee you didn’t even respond to that either So your customer service is shocking I won’t ever buy from you again and I want anyone else to buy from you as well
