Knowledgeable lawyer poor service

Whilst the contact was knowledgeable and helpful. I have still yet to receive the documents two weeks after having the call and paying the fee.

It has been eight days since your appointment, which I am pleased to say is well within our target turnaround of 21 days from the appointment date to receipt of documents, as advertised on our website.
