would give it a 4.5 but not available. Service flowed very nicely but I don't like when you have to make a return that the company makes me pay for it. I suppose it is fair but I don't like it.

Good morning, Thank you for your feedback, In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibers will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review. Kind regards, Jason.
