You should certainly have received a 'release' e-mail indicating that your goods had been shipped, this will have looked very simmilar to the original order so you may not have recognised it as such. We are however working on a more specific message to be sent to customers that should be a little more informative and clear, should you choose to shop with us again in the future you should receive one of these.
