Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza. Ci dispiace che il soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto pienamente le sue aspettative, anche se siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la casa, gli spazi e la cura della proprietà. Ci teniamo tuttavia a chiarire alcuni aspetti. L’accesso stradale avviene attraverso il sottopassaggio ferroviario che collega la strada statale alla zona di Costa Turchina; con un SUV particolarmente alto e dotato di box sul tetto può certamente risultare meno agevole. La villa ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Costa Turchina, uno dei tratti di costa più suggestivi della Sicilia settentrionale, caratterizzato da ciottoli e acque particolarmente limpide, come mostrato anche nelle fotografie della proprietà. Purtroppo il suo soggiorno ha coinciso con i lavori annuali di pulizia e messa in sicurezza della spiaggia effettuati dal Comune, quest’anno eseguiti insolitamente tardi nella stagione. Ci dispiace che questa circostanza, del tutto indipendente dalla villa, abbia penalizzato la sua esperienza. Per quanto riguarda la piscina, durante una settimana di soggiorno è stato effettuato un unico intervento ordinario di manutenzione, il mercoledì mattina, necessario per garantire qualità e sicurezza dell’acqua e che ha comportato una breve sospensione dell’utilizzo. Infine, la raccolta differenziata segue le disposizioni comunali e non dipende dalla struttura. Proprio per evitare qualsiasi disagio, la nostra local manager Silvia le aveva comunque offerto la possibilità di lasciare i rifiuti all’ingresso della proprietà, occupandosi personalmente del loro conferimento all’isola ecologica al termine del soggiorno. Ci dispiace quindi che, nonostante le soluzioni messe a disposizione e gli aspetti positivi della proprietà da lei stessa riconosciuti, l’esperienza complessiva sia stata valutata così negativamente.

We’re sorry about the inconvenience with the pool. Unfortunately, an unexpected algae bloom developed during your stay due to the exceptionally high temperatures. The technician treated it promptly, but it naturally took some time for the treatment to take effect, which is why the water remained green for a while. Regarding the electricity, the included allowance is generally sufficient for normal use. However, during particularly hot periods, when air conditioning is used more extensively, consumption can exceed the included amount, as explained before arrival. Thank you also for your practical suggestions regarding access to the villa. We’ll make sure future guests are reminded to ask their driver to continue up to the villa entrance whenever possible.
