Wendy Wu Tours Recenzije

Thanks very much for your 5 star review. It is very much appreciated. Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so pleased to hear that you found our phone consultants friendly and knowledgeable; it’s great to know they were able to assist you with your tour and flight options. We’re sorry to hear, however, that your online information requests weren’t responded to; that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing this with our web team. Your comments about the booking process and visibility of flight options are also very helpful, and we’ll look at how we can make this clearer and easier for future customers. Thank you again for your thoughtful review, we really appreciate it. Kind regards, Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours
