awful experience
item was delivered over 5 weeks late no contact from welco to advise me I had to call them on several occasions to chase ,but invariably phone lines didn't work 3 emails later before it got sorted...

Hi, I'm sorry to hear of the problems that you experienced following placing your first order with Welco. Having spoken to the Customer Services team, it is my understanding that we found out on 25/03/19 having chased your order with the supplier, that there was going to be a delay in delivery. Unfortunately our supplier had not communicated any of this with us, which I know is completely unacceptable and your feedback has been passed on to our Purchasing team who will raise this with them. I truly apologise for the poor communication and for the delay and I want to assure you that this is not representative of our standard service offering.
