Efficient delivery, but I got no black sleeve with the bottle. Simple instructions and the bottle is easy to use.

Hi , Forgive the formality but you chose to be anonymous
the sleeve is the silicon band round the centre of the bottle. The description is to differentiate each colour as we offer 6 colours, apologies for the confusion!
The water only drips out so the bottle does not work to provide drinkable water. Is pend 20 mins squeezing and tried tilting it up and down to get a few drips out but it is really not good enough....

I am so sorry to hear about your issue, problems with flow rate are very rare indeed. In most cases, it is simply that the filter has not been soaked and so not activated fully. I am even more worried that you say that you have tried to contact us without reply. I set very high standards for customer service so am bitterly disappointed in this. How did you contact us? We cannot track your web address , did you use 2neilhammer@gmail.com

Thanks for the clarification. We cannot find any trace of your email on our system. As stated, the bottle you selected is not squeezy, it is designed to be strong and robust for longevity. If a squuezy bottle is required, we would recommend our active bottle range. Thse are fitted with the same filter but if you want to decant, this is the best option.
We will send a returns label so that we can check the usit and arrange a refund.

This is an essential accessory for travel, not only significantly reducing plastic waste but also providing me with safe drinking water wherever I was.
Suzanne, we are sorry to hear that your bottle was not needed for your trip. If it is still in its packaging and unused, like any decent supplier, if you return it, we will of course, issue you a full refund.
My order was delivered promptly. I don't know whether it's any good until I've tried it out - after my holiday. I'll let you know!
