Hi Stephen,
Please ensure the filter is fully activated by soaking for at least 15 minutes. This will speed up the flow rate. If you have not used a filter bottle previously, the flow IS slower but that proves that the filter is doing its job and ensuring the water you drink is safe to consume.

Excellent service and speedy delivery; water bottle wrapped safely. Not used yet but the ordering and delivery was straight forward.
