Good booking experience
Very helpful agent who sought alternatives to the unavailable dates we first sought.
Did NOT like the level of credit Card charges, particularly in the light of recent reductions in card company...

Good service booking but requires more clarity on what happens next.
Quick and straightforward although I'm still not sure whether I will be receiving tickets etc for the ferry or if my confirmation e mail is all that I need.
