We are sorry that you are not happy with the service received.

We have asked the branch owner to look into your claims and can confirm that the record clearly details two genuine parties that offered on this property. As a result you were asked to increase your offer if you were to be the successful party.

Whilst nobody wants to pay more for a property than they wish to we are employed by the seller to market the property to achieve the best possible price. We are required by law to submit all offers and our records confirm that we did as is required by the legislation governing our business.

Hopefully this can assure you that there was no imaginary buyer and that the reason you had to increase your offer was because there was genuine interest in the property from another party at that time. David has not misled you or lied at any stage, the records are complete to support his professional actions to the standard expected by Urban & Rural.
