Hi there, Thanks for taking your time to share your experience with us, and it’s lovely to hear you were happy with our service and with the look of the Chico 125. We’ve not received feedback like yours before about this product and have sold hundreds of units to date being one of our best sellers! Please note that the noise rating on any fan is tested under laboratory conditions using calibrated equipment. This is measured using a dB(A) scale at 3m from the source. When the noise is measured with any other program, like mobile phones for example, they’re picking up other ambient noises as well, the equipment is not calibrated and it’s not measured under the conditions that would be required. Having said that, the noise could be also related to the installation or any other factor, in that case we’d encourage you to get in touch with us for further assistance.
