The order was placed using the bank transfer payment option, which does not process payment automatically through the website. As the transfer hadn’t been completed, the order remained pending in our system. When you contacted us, we confirmed that no funds had been taken and arranged for the unit to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer as quickly as possible to help minimise delays. We understand timing is important during a building project and apologise for the frustration caused.
