Hi, thanks for reviewing us, it’s lovely to hear your order arrived on time. Regarding the noise, it’s difficult to say whether your fan is operating correctly or not based on your comments alone. Although the Eco Silent should operate very quietly, people have different levels of sensitivity to noise. However, we would like to look into this for you because in some cases a noisy fan may indicate a fault. You can contact our warranty team by emailing service@universalfans.com.au . We just need a bit more detail about the noise your experiencing (volume, type of noise, etc). Thanks again and we look forward to hearing from you.

However, in order to guarantee all of our customers a brand new product, we cannot accept the return of open boxes for change of mind returns. All of our customers receive a confirmation email which gives them the opportunity to review and make any necessary changes to their order prior to dispatch.
