Hi, thanks for your feedback. We’re a little surprised to read that you’re so disappointed. I’ve checked your connote number, and I can see your order was dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within another 2 days. Our correspondence with you shows that we asked for delivery instructions in order to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. The order would have been dispatched sooner if you’d been able to provide such instructions. Our request for instructions was not intended as an “ultimatum”, it’s a step we take to minimise inconvenience to you. We use a courier for deliveries which allows us to offer fast and free shipping to our customers. Because the courier’s depots are usually located at some distance from most of our customers, including yourself, we ask for delivery instructions. This simple and reasonable step prevents the order from being returned to the depot and saves the customer a long trip to collect their goods. Our email to you explains this.
