Hi Brendan, your was dispatched on the same day you ordered, unfortunately coronavirus is actually affecting businesses more than even and there are are number of royal mail staff off and they are also very busy as Christmas is just one week away. They are understandably falling behind, hopefully the cap will be with you very soon. You have already messaged regarding this and was told the same.
