Sorry to here you have lost the elastic on your undercover, this shouldn't of happened. Please let us know if we can help, if you return the cover to us we will happily fix it for you. I assume you are talking about the cover ties on the undercover, these are all cut the same length intentionally, we consider the little bit of extra rope not to cause a problem. They sent me the wrong product. As I needed it urgently I had to pay extra for next day delivery and then return the wrong product to Trident

I believe the product came back to us with a free returns label, but you shouldn't of had to pay to get the correct product on a next day. We have refunded the extra amount you were charged and the situation has being discussed openly in the office to make sure it doesn't happen again. Sorry for any inconveniance caused and thanks for your feedback. Jethro

I believe the product come back to us with a free returns label, but you shouldn't of had to pay to get the correct product on a next day.
