Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to read that you are unhappy with some elements of your booked holiday. After looking at your booking, I can confirm that flights from Birmingham or staying in New York on your outward journey are possible, however these do incur additional costs, after speaking with the booking agent, I believe these options were given to you but you wanted to stay with the option that has been booked. never stayed in such a bad hotel and paid 2700 for 5 nights in a 3 star hotel
