Adam, the consultant that helped me, was very good. He continued to search for what I needed, even though it was a difficult ask (a disabled cabin last minute) and eventually found what we needed....

I explained that I am not happy because the price kept going up and we weren't offered the premium drinks package. Your reply has only highlighted the positive, not answered my price rise query or the missing out on bonuses query. Did you actually finish reading my original response?
