Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received. In regards to the confirmation, the website only gathers the order, it does not have the facility to charge your card, this is only done once your order is imported onto our system, the confirmation is to confirm that your details and order have been entered and will be received by us. It appears that when you called to chase your order, the operator you spoke to did not read the notes on your account explaining that the card details were incorrect, so I apologise for that, they really should have noticed that. I will arrange for your order to be cancelled and if you have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us either through the website or by calling 0871 911 7044.

We are sorry that the one pair of shoes were no longer available. Due the the direct feedback we have had from this website, we are now looking into ways of improving the way we notify customers in this situation.
