We do send out an order confirmation with details of the personalisation you have entered that you can check, as well as a dispatch notification with tracking details. Having reviewed your order I can see that it was dispatched on time but was held up by international customs, as can be viewed in the tracking information we previously sent you. We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, international delivery can be subject to delays due to national differences in delivery services and customs. We estimate international delivery with an allowance for these delays, but the delays you experienced are outside of the norm and sadly outside our control.
