Hi - we have just spotted your review (many thanks) and looked into your order. We can see that it was delivered on January 8 which is the same day that you left these comments. We hope that your order is in fact now in your hands and all is well, but please let us by emailing studio@thisisnessie.com if that is not the case. The reason for the slight delay to your order is that it was placed on December 27 and we did not return to the studio after Christmas until January 4th. This should have been communicated to you when your order was placed by the estimated delivery dates on the page and confirmed in the emails you received after the order.
