Customer service was ok- my address was incomplete and package not delivered. Was told if I needed it to be delivered I would have to pay for delivery again. Managed to track down the package at...

Unfortunately, Royal Mail will return to sender any orders that have been placed with an incomplete delivery address, which we are always happy to resend to an updated address at the cost of the delivery fee.
