Dear Veronique, Thank you for your feedback - it is greatly appreciated. All our illustrations are original watercolours so there will always be tonal variations in the colour I am afraid. We do offer a wide choice of ink colours which tone with many of the illustrations but the nature of allowing customers the freedom to design and configure their own stationery is that occasionally combinations can be inadvertently created that don't work as well as others. When you throw into the mix the vagaries of different screens and displays you do have the potential for issues. That said, yours is not a complaint that we have had before. Our best suggestion would be to get in touch if you are ever unsure about something. During office hours we are always available via the live chat on the website or on the phone and can often be found responding to emails deep into the night! I hope that helps - we would be happy to look at either a photograph of these cards or one of the originals if you would like to pop one back to us in the post. We can then check that nothing has gone wrong in the production process and perhaps look at sending you out some replacements that better meet your expectations. Best wishes Nessie & Team
