Every time we order for our nursery the order is short which is always a problem as we need the exact amount. The annoying thing is 9/10 you can reorder the item so they do have it in stock!!!!!! ...

Terrible customer service- they lost my order. The store manager was meant to ring me to see if there was anything they could do but he never bothered.
